This is an amazing halter dress by sky with a black leather panel under the halter and a turquoise stone set in the center. I wore it to one event and then returned it to a garmet bag. I love sky because it shows off your arms and legs and is a little forgiving in the tummy area. I paired this with thigh high leather boots but you can style it so many ways. This would look adorable with cowboy boots and a denim jacket.
